Minimum fields
- Name, company, country, work email (phone / WhatsApp optional)
- Material — ZnSe, ZnS, Silicon (Si), Chalcogenide glass, AL6061-T6 / AL-SiC, or “Not sure — please advise”
- Product form — Window, lenses, Asphere, Prism/wedge, F-θ scan lens, Beam expander, Diffractive element, Metal mirror / OAP, or Custom / other
- Diameter / size, wavelength / coating, quantity
- Notes — radii, S/D, coating, drawing reference
Drawing callouts that cut back-and-forth
ZnSe-centric catalog typicals (label as catalog typicals, not a guarantee for every lot). Full specs: ZnSe material page.
- Substrate — CVD ZnSe when applicable
- Wavelength — e.g. 10.6 µm CO₂, or a BBAR band
- Clear aperture; thickness / edge thickness if known
- S/D (catalog ZnSe typical 20/10); figure (PV λ/8, RMS λ/50 @ 632.8 nm when required)
- Parallelism / decentration if needed (ZnSe catalog 3″ / 30″)
- Coating line — BBAR 8–12 µm / BBAR 2–14 µm / AR @ 2.94 µm, or CO₂ AR at 9.3/10.6 µm for assemblies

What ships with an export lot
Export customers receive English drawings, coating curves, and Zygo interferograms with the lot. Extra certificate types beyond that wording: confirm with the factory.
